If a generation fails completely (no output), Galaxy keeps the error on the assistant message and does not treat the turn as a success. Tool settlement is once per successful tool invocation. A failed Magica call should not charge a completed-tool cost. If a generation completed but you do not like the image or crop, that successful tool is still settled. Send another message to retry or revise.

Partial work

If credits run out mid-turn, earlier successful tool results stay in the chat. Approve a credit waitpoint to continue, or stop and keep what already landed.

A failed turn should stay explainable in the chat: status, a safe error, tool outcomes, any partial text, and a way to send again.
